G’day! I’m Shaun, Business Development Manager here at aba TRADES. I’ve been in the plumbing, air‑conditioning, and trades game for over 20 years, and I’ve built a career tackling tricky jobs, finding smart solutions, and making sure every project is done right — the first time.

As Business Development Manager, my role is to build strong relationships with our customers, oversee new opportunities, and make sure every person we work with feels valued and looked after. From supporting our team and nurturing connections, to making sure we deliver top‑quality service every time, I’m passionate about making aba TRADES a trusted name in the industry. I also assist with developing the best tradespeople to deliver the best solutions for our clients, ensuring that every job we complete has a positive impact.

I strive to create a culture where quality, professionalism, and genuine care for people — both customers and staff — are at the heart of everything we do. I’m proud to work with a team that shares the same mindset, making every day an opportunity to learn, grow, and deliver service we can all be proud of.

What I enjoy most about working here is seeing the team come together to solve challenges and knowing that every job we complete makes a difference for someone’s home or business. At the end of the day, it’s about connections — putting a smile on people’s faces, making a difference, and doing it all with a bit of a laugh along the way.

Fun Fact: When I’m not working, you’ll find me watching the footy and barracking for the Essendon Bombers (in a frustrating position, I know, hehe!) or exploring the beautiful sights of South Australia with my young family. Oh, and I can crack a cold one with almost any tool in the van  — it’s my unofficial party trick!
