Hi, I’m Sarah. While I’m relatively new to aba TRADES, I’ve been honing my CSR skills since 2021, and I’ve grown to truly enjoy being the calm, supportive voice customers hear when they’re dealing with a plumbing crisis. People often call us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next, but by the time the call ends, they’ve found clarity, reassurance, and a plan. There’s something really rewarding about hearing the relief in someone’s voice and knowing I’ve helped turn their day around.
I’m always striving for my personal best, whether that’s through really listening to customers, understanding their needs, or finding the right solution to get things back on track. Helping people matters to me. I love feeling like I’m part of something bigger, a team that makes a genuine difference, not just in plumbing, but in how people feel when they need help the most.
Working here has shown me what it’s like to be surrounded by teammates who support each other and customers who appreciate the work we do. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that truly wants to help people. That’s a big part of why I love what I do.
Fun Fact: I’m currently studying to become a physiotherapist — so helping people feel better is kind of my thing, both inside and outside the office.
