Customer Service Representative

I work as an After-Hours Customer Service Representative for aba TRADES, where no two evenings or weekends are ever the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I started my career in retail at a young age, and over the years I discovered a real passion for helping people. There’s something incredibly rewarding about leaving a positive, lasting impression on someone; Whether it’s through solving a problem, finding a solution, or just being a friendly voice on the other end of the line.

Eventually, I found my groove in administrative roles and haven’t looked back since. My responsibilities include delivering top-tier customer service, managing inbound calls and technician bookings, handling online enquiries, and making sure our After-Hours technicians have a well-planned and efficient schedule, because even superheroes need good logistics!

In the workplace, I strive for strong culture, meaningful purpose, and positive impact. I love knowing that what I do makes a difference, whether it’s supporting a teammate or helping a customer feel heard and looked after.

Working at aba TRADES has been a breath of fresh air. The culture here is something special, it’s supportive, down to earth, and aligned with the values I hold. It’s not just a job for me, it’s been a place where I feel like I belong and can really thrive. 

Fun Fact: I have 8 fur babies, 7 of them are cats. Whether it’s people or pets, I have a lot of love to give, and a LOT of lint rollers!
