Hi, I’m Jay. I genuinely enjoy the work I do as a CSR. Every day gives me the chance to help someone through a stressful situation, and I like being that steady, patient presence on the other end of the line when things feel chaotic.

I’m a big believer in kindness and calm communication. Whether someone is dealing with a burst pipe, no hot water, or just needs a bit of guidance, I take the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and make sure they feel supported. It’s important to me that people feel heard — not rushed — and that they finish the call feeling better than when they started.

Working at aba TRADES has been incredibly rewarding. The team is down‑to‑earth , and there’s a real sense that we’re all working together to make someone’s day a little easier.

Fun Fact: My beard is so long it could have its own name — I’m still taking suggestions.
