Hi there, I’m Jacquie. I’ve worked in Customer Service for the last two years and Sales Support for three years before that. I enjoy processing customer enquiries, converting opportunities into booked jobs, scheduling the technicians, and ensuring customers have all the accurate and transparent information they need. I thrive at creating positive experiences for our customers and technicians alike. I’m excited to be a part of the aba TRADES team and work in a supportive environment that embraces diversity and fun!

Fun Fact: I have a turtle called Elsa and an Irish Wolfhound named Sid.
