My name is Jacob. I’m the guy behind the phones, scheduling and making sure our tradies get where they need to go. As a CSR & Scheduler, I spend my days juggling bookings, answering enquiries, and occasionally rescuing the printer from a paper jam.

Coming from a big family of five, as the eldest boy, I was basically born into chaos management, so aba TRADES feels like home – just with fewer siblings. I’ve always had a passion for IT and customer service – turns out, those skills are pretty handy when you’re managing a busy trade schedule and talking to a dozen people before your second coffee.

I strive to maintain a calm and chill vibe in the office. No panic, no stress – just a steady flow of good work, music, and a functioning aircon. aba TRADES is perfect for that with our helpful, down to earth, and always up for a laugh crew – We are a weird whacky bunch and I like it that way.

Fun Fact: I can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under a minute. Not a super useful skill for plumbing or air conditioning — but it definitely wins me some points at parties (and sometimes gets me out of doing paperwork).
