As the Office Manager, I am passionate about creating a workplace that runs seamlessly while supporting both the team and our clients. I thrive on bringing structure and efficiency to busy environments, from managing day-to-day operations and coordinating workflows, to ensuring customer service remains at the core of everything we do.
My career has taken me through diverse industries, starting in banking as a Loans Consultant where I developed a strong foundation in client care, financial management, and trust-based communication. I later moved into the commercial fit-out sector as an Office and Finance Manager, overseeing budgets, streamlining processes, and managing the operational heartbeat of the business. Along the way, I have also led and delivered customer service training sessions, which reflects my commitment to building strong, lasting relationships and empowering teams to succeed.
I pride myself on being detail-focused, solutions-driven, and approachable. I believe an Office Manager’s role is more than just keeping things organised, it’s about creating an environment where people feel supported, clients feel valued, and the business can achieve its goals with confidence.
Now, in this role, I am excited to bring my experiences together to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and a positive workplace culture every day.
Fun Fact: I start my mornings with strong coffee and music to kick the day off with energy, and I love keeping active, going for walks, and enjoying a glass of bubbles with a laugh, making the most of every moment and keeping life vibrant.
